IQ & EQ @ wOrK
lately i attend some management courses, project and people management.
any differences between a manager and a supervisor?
as claims, manager need IQ while a supervisor need EQ.. and a good manager need both. but how many had it both?
i'm a bit demoralized & disappointed lately, the working environment at my workplace is not healthy. haha.. maybe i should listen to one of the lady manager and revamp my seat, she ask me to do some changes related to 'feng-shui', hmmph!
a lot of colleagues are leaving in these few month period, hard to accept... in summary, those hard working and capable, leaving.. left those who're good in ... and ... (i also ashamed to tell).
i still hold down to a very basic principle - work hard, play hard.
specialization, different area and niche talent.. but at the end of the day, we're still working in a same company, achieving the same target/objective, am i right?
here.. i didn't see it.
i saw many 'tai-chi' master, monkeys, hitler, messenger, clown, etc... so disappointed.

then somehow that whole bunch of my colleagues say the gal next to us look like ah si, and promptly call her ah-si imatation but still think that ah si is much prettier than the imation ah si.
ah si, here's the mos burger.. since u can't eat it there, i help you eat lar
this time i try the new burger instead of my favorite kakiage burger
still not bad, the oyako burger still can make the cut...
