fern-lui resignation
one of my team member tender her resignation, and getting a guy for replacement
overall she's an intelligent n smart gal but management view her as not mature enough...
i do agree to a certain extend especially on how she handle ... and ... but as i and her previous superior agree, she still young and immature, need time, need time
i guess she know well the working culture in this current company, once u make a mistake.. that's it, cruel u may say but this is their policy
no matter previously how sell yr soul, sell yr youth to a company... once they decided that u're no longer valuable to them, the axe will fall on you
it does happen to a few of my colleagues.. so?
it is good also when she tender her resignation... because she really don't have a future here as i known and as i've seen but i didn't want to hurt her, hence i just be moderate and extra careful with my words when i talk to her, no matter what, she still a young gal
if u know how to handle her, she does her job well and quite obedient.. but after that incidents, she always feel that her job no longer being appreciated, becoming wary and scared that one day, i'll give her the pink envelope
1 morning she feel very tired n motionless, i asked if she's sick?
she told me that she had a nightmare.. said i terminated her service in this company, she wake-up and sweating, can't sleep anymore
she feel so worry n scared... haiz, poor gal
but surprise me on her last working day, she feel touched and cried...
we buy her lunch and the gals make her a card
i wish her well in everything she do...
