guess i offended the Rain God lately.
i should married both sToRM & Mystique in X-Men 3, one can control the weather while the latter is much more interesting, hehehe...
tree-top walk :
an emergency plan to replace our badminton game on SunDay, thanks to my buddy cos he overslept n miss the booking time
so my feilou buddy suggest tree-top walk
wake-up at 7am, 7.30am my kaki already waiting at lobby, reach venus drive around 8.15am.. but my other kaki's late, some go wrong place lar, some dunno why late, etc..
but interestingly, so many ppls there and i even bump into one of my office contractor with his wife n kids.
s'pore damn small lar
so after some tiring wait, we start our journey at last.. ard 9am
waiting till too sianz, so act cute a bit

Tue to Fri : 9am to 5pm
Sat, Sun & Public Holiday : 8.30am to 5pm
Closed on Mondays except Public Holidays
start our journey, so exciting
but after some twist n turn (ard 15 mins), we're so disappointed.. our path lead into a new path & this path is the path to a country club nearby.
it totally spoilt our mood, i expect some jungle walk... not into a modern country club with beautiful tarmar road
then we encounter a lots of foreign worker cutting grasses, lawn the field, blown away the debris, etc... we at last go back into the jungle track

huh.. at last we reach e tree-top starting point

this tree-top bridge is made of steel, cable n very modern
and as the name implies, it really on top of the tree, in fact e bridge located too high above the trees, hence didn't blend into e nature comfortably at all
rules n regulation on the tree-top walk

i guess i should write to DBS n UOB, ask them to build a few more bridge
after the tree-top walk, my buddy showing his big fat ass for us to snap
along the trail there are many information along the tag board, identifying different type of birds, animals in disguise, type of trees and monkeys.

our way out
n one of my buddy receive a reliable information from his gf, town area is raining heavily now
we dash out as fast as possible to the ranger's park (rest area)
fr the ranger park to car park = around 20 mins
argh.. too late, heavy rain
we walk quickly for ard 5 mins but the rain started to drizzle, from drizzle to downpour...
we guys won't melt in the rain, ok
just that the equipment that we bought along are too expensive to be drenched. we take out our shirt n wrap our camera tight, run like mad man for another 10+ mins to the carpark
wow.. lucky my o2 mini also survive but we're just 'wet' through, real through
so to reward ourselves, we drive to casuarina for roti prata/canai and stuff ourselves with all types of prata n teh tarik
