office stupid ppls
lately i not so happy lei, why i also dunno lar
not only me, my lovely sis nowadays keep complaining about his stupid idiotic china boss (really from china, she work in a china mnc) who are so racist & unfair towards her n other colleagues...
she told me all her china colleagues in s'pore got increment n promotion while her s'pore colleagues & herself slog like hell, dun even get a single cents.
my another lovely sis 'ah-tear' also keep fxxx-ing whole morning that day, complaining about her bias boss towards her n give her stupid shit work. frankly speaking, a primary 6 student also can do what her boss assign to her, poor her
as for me, haiz... lately tie-up with some migration project which involve our erp system that spanning across 3 companies, hence need to do a lots of coordination and preparation work, especially validation and routing
look at those stupid network infrastructure, head spinning
then somehow i also being assign to office renovation phase II and also our payroll n time attendance stuffs, haiz..
i'm just doing coordination and updating on the progress but suddenly it becomes my work, i really wonder what those ppl do in office. all are 'one dog face' - in cantonese (if u're fluent in cantonese, u'll know what it means)
can u imagine payroll, hr n tms are being handle by IT, logical?
no, right?
i think sooner or later, IT will take over everything n automated the process on everything, hence a company will just need to hire some data entry clerk - sufficient enough, because IT will do everything.
no point hire manager or executive, those are useless bum, do nothing or use their 'tai-chi' kungfu at their best, i really despise those ppl, damn useless, i just pity them
my company in m'sia also make my head spin, the new controller didn't even communicate properly with his boss and his subordinate, haiz... basically it is really a communication breakdown, pity on those who take over his work while he's enjoying his meeting at faraway places, damn it
everything also last minutes, they really think their father open the company one, can do anything last minutes
then lately some 'lagi' idiotic ppl keep bothering my dept, very funny story.
one of the engineer resign, n my boss say there will be a replacement, a replacement! haha.. so what is my stupid problem?
because that engineer is holding a newer laptop that his dept manager, hence that stupid manager told his superior (which also equally stupid n brainless) that he wish to have that newer laptop, then his not so new laptop will pass to the new engineer.
do u know what is the implication to my dept on this?
we'll waste resources n manpower just to do double job on backup, transfer data n creating duplicate profile setup, just to change ownership, activating n deactivating.. instead of just do a simple setup n pass the laptop to the new engineer.
when ask the head of dept, she say.. he's a manager u know? i last time also get an old laptop from xxx
wow... manager, big deal? manager so?
these ppl didn't know that the laptop doesn't belong to them, doesn't know all those are under company assets, they really think manager is like a king, can do whatever they like and they want...
but who can i blame? asian mindset, u can't change it overnight...
argh.. i sick of these ppl
see my mood good of not, if they still nag or pestering me... i'll report direct to my boss n my japanese boss, sometimes must show them some color
in chinese - didn't see coffin, didn't cry
see lar, i busy not because of my work, because i being occupy with all those nonsense, i very kek-shim lar
