look at the topic that i'm gonna blog today, interesting or devastating?
why i wanna touch on this topic?
simply because my company summer trip this year is heading to Bali, Indonesia.
bali is an island located in between java and east timur groups of island.. and bali is well known as one of the top 10 world destination (beside tioman) for tourist.
but the top tourist attraction also attract bombers
in 2002 follow by 2004, bali well known as one of the famous massacre place for the 'angmoh' and my ex-boss almost lost his life in the 2004 bombing.
somehow that day his group of golf buddies skip their usual route and dine at those road stall nearby instead of that restaurant.
my summer trip is around the corner but these few weeks, indonesian & my colleagues are wide awake of a few chain of devastating events
- bloodshed in east timor
- mount merapi volcano showed increase activity, belching more lava & heat clouds
- earthquake (6.3 richter scale) on 27/05/06 with death toll surpass 5100 in central java
- earthquake (5.5 to 6.2 richter scale) on 28/05/06 in northern philippines and south pacific (papua new guinea)
scary? some of my colleagues even suggest we write our will, etc.. hope we'll have a safe summer trip man, to indonesia - alhamdullilah, protect us
Strata Suites
damn.. i should blog on Strata instead of the earthquake
here it goes, and just opposite the apartment that i stay, just next to St Michael school, damn irritating cos such a small place they manage to build a condominium there.
this is the problem with district 11, super expensive place which the condo equipped with swimming pool, jacuzzi n gymnasium too, tenure = 999 years with 100 units only
oh.. it almost complete but i need to endure few yrs of dusty environment, thanks to this stupid strata here, kns
pricing & floor area?
ok, give u ppl some idea how expensive (or if u think cheap) this strata is :
047 sqm - $(430 to 460)k
078 sqm - $(658 to 700)k
099 sqm - $(800 to 870)k
120 sqm - $900k
152 sqm - $120k
overall it is still cheaper than the Novena Suites which near TTS hospital, which fetch around 1.6m per unit
