my BaTAM Adventure

oh.. u know, keep u ppl update on my vesak day activity
---- go batam for a day tour ----

basically my colleague just sprout out that why not go batam for a short trip, haha.. ok, just 1 day tour which cost us ard SGD50 + SGD15 (misc tax)
now i know seaport also got tax, now petrol price go up, they take this opportunity to hike the price too, damn it

ok lar, this 50 bucks include a seafood meal, city tour, transportation and ferry thru n flow between s'pore n batam
seafood meal : small crab, small prawn, some snails, green coconut (sour one), some sambal kangkong, sotong, etc... cannot expect much lar, right?

we go in groups, those gals taking cab together while i opt for the most efficient mode of transport, by train.. and alas, i'm the 1st one who reach n get the tickets for them. those ppl, say so loud to me, dun late hor, we reach there eat breakfast.. haiz...
say 7.15am meetup at delifrance, i get the ticket n already having breakfast with my brother.. imagine taking cab also can reach at 8am+, i admire them, all silly2 n blur2, maybe too early for them lar
then another sickening talkative colleague from our group call me last minutes..

ww : eh, sorry lei, i cannot make it today
kok : why lei
ww : i 'lau-sai' lar today
kok : waleu, u early not 'lau', now then u 'lau', what u do last night
ww : dunno lar, last night stomach pain, 'lau' a bit, this morning 'lau' till my leg also shivering lei, how to go?
kok : ok lor, what to do now?
ww : aiyaa, sorry lar, i already change nice nice, but cannot lei

and after breakfast, batam we go
got the funny sticker, must display one

aiseh, that stupid queue are super long, maybe vesak day lar
long queue at s'pore custom, then reach batam also long queue

then damn hot also lei on that day. then i'm having a short chat with the malay guy in front of me, he say only holiday many ppl, i always come here, one month twice, no queue one, today 'siao' lar
hmm.. twice a month go batam, maybe the famous mistress village, damn.. i forgot to ask his number, can ask him bring me to that village also lei!

inside the ferry, damn slow one.. but got free drinks only, no snacks provided lei while i run around the ferry, but nothing interesting lar

neh.. they stealing bottled water from the ferry deck
can't see me right, cos i already attain enlightenment - i sleep all the way thru n back, keke.. lucky they're not smart enough to take my sickening sleepy photo, hahaha

oh.. on the city tour, we being taken to a POLO shop and those gals buy whole bunch tee shirts, i dare not to buy lor
i got 1 from a shopping mall, 30k one piece lei.. then after i wash, jialat... the white color stuff(something like cotton) come out, huh

polo shop - outside the POLO shop got many streets hawker selling fruits n artworks, those that not interest me lar, not many are buying actually

here's the money, we suddenly carry so much money that day in our life
SGD1 = RP5400, but 1 packet of keropok cost us RP10k, wow, like those eerrrr.. in chinese tradition, those dead ppl's money, yiak!

godiva coffee - damn interesting incident happen here.
serina say why not we try godiva coffee, nice one lei.. the ah moey say, ok ok, still got 10 mins, can lar, i go n ask
ok lor, the manager say can prepare our drinks within 10 mins cos our bus is leaving soon for another place, hence we got 10 mins to spare
once we got our coffee n my avocado juice, i grab the whole packet of drinks n started to rush down but .. damn, round here n there, the stupid shopping mall dun have escalator down at our level, need to walk across n ask ppl to get down to another level cos the escalator is well hidden in another area.

when i reach 1st level, i saw our bus is moving, damn.. i say, i speed up but when i reach the front door, the sensor not working
fuck man.. what the fuck! then i notice they purposely lock it.. i guess to save aircon cos that damn shopping mall - IMAGINE THIS - THEY DIDN'T TURN ON THE AIR-CONDITIONING
1st time in my life i shop till i perspire, alamak..

once i get out from the side door, i'm too late, i saw our bus already turning out to the main gate n run away... lucky one of the guy there phone our stupid fat tour guide, she say she's a filipino work as a tour guide there, then come back n pick us up!
dun even bother to count, we only late less than 5 mins, kns them...

oh.. our seafood meal, i'd try the snails, tasteless
the green coconut either sour or too old, yiak...

aha.. one thing i should praise batam authority, they keep their washroom/toilet really clean n nice. i can say their toilet is much cleaner and better than what s'pore MRT station have, dun compare to what our hawker center one, damn sickening
some of our shopping mall, go toilet also need to pay money.. pay money also dirty, damn it, should send those auntie/uncles to batam n learn from there - skills upgrading
